Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Analysis Senior Manager to
serve as an independent business advisor and provide financial
insights for the HR Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead team members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in
financial processes
Partner with leadership to identify and execute strategic financial
approaches and methodologies
Provide financial leadership in forecasting, planning, measurement,
and capital management
Qualifications and Education
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
10 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
Proficiency with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
and advanced Excel skills
Ability to develop financial models and evaluate business cases for
investment decisions
Experience in managing multiple financial projects
simultaneously
