Job Description:
A company is looking for a Go-To-Market Program Manager to join
their Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage various Go-To-Market programs aligned with
strategic business objectives
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
teams to execute GTM initiatives
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of GTM
initiatives and provide insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program management, revenue operations,
or a related role in a high-growth technology company
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary
projects with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with experience in developing metrics and
tracking progress
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
teams
