• Lead and Supervise: Oversee day-to-day security services, ensuring top-notch standards.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, acting as the key liaison.
• Problem-Solving: Meet regularly with clients to address issues, provide updates, and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and continually develop staff to meet high-performance standards.
• Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all regulations, contracts, and policies.

    • Experience: Minimum one (1) year of management experience (3 years preferred), with a security management background.
    • Education: A college degree in business or a related field is preferred but optional.

    • Professionalism: Maintain high standards of conduct and appearance.
