Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer
Experience Operations to lead process, systems, and business
intelligence strategy across the Customer Experience
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the CX Ops team, fostering a culture of growth and
innovation
Oversee strategic CX initiatives and manage the rollout of Customer
Success and Community platforms
Monitor customer health and retention metrics to inform forecasting
and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in a Customer Success Operations Manager or
similar role
10+ years of overall Operations experience
7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Coaching, or
Training
Proven expertise in Customer Experience operations and program
management
Hands-on experience with CRM and Customer Success tools
