Job Responsibilities

Review complex Federal and multi-state tax returns business entities-partnerships
Deliver clear requests for information via phone or email directly to clients
Research Federal, state, and cross-border tax issues
Strategize with partners and the client engagement teams on tax planning
Work closely with the management team to mentor, train, and supervise staff


Job Requirements

Minimum degree required: Bachelor's degree
CPA (For all Management level staff)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Manage deadlines and client work
Bill clients accordingly
Collect outstanding receivables
Partnership tax experience - preferably in the Private Equity/Investment Partnership industry
Familiarity with special allocations and partnership agreements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Managerial experience with staff and clients
