Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension
Weekly Pay: 2,538.00

Skills:
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement comprehensive care plans addressing patient needs.
Provides direct nursing care, including managing withdrawal symptoms, agitation, suicidal behaviors, and medication administration.
Responds to psychiatric emergencies using non-violent crisis interventions and maintains Infection Control Standards.
Conducted individual and group health teaching/counseling sessions and participated in clinical/treatment rounds.
Ensures procedures follow mental health nursing standards and delegates appropriate tasks to support staff.
Evaluates patient responses, revises care plans accordingly, and documents outcomes, including discharge teaching.

Required Experience:
One (1) year of medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
Knowledge of PMCS.
Must have quality Psychiatry experience.
Inpatient experience.
Reporting on the OMH experience.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. -

- NYS RN License -

- BLS - AHA
