Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Technical Artist for an
unannounced project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of technical artists to create high-quality
art assets and visual effects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement
efficient art pipelines and workflows
Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality
across platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Art, Computer Science, or a related field (or
equivalent experience)
8+ years of related experience in the gaming industry
Proven experience as a Technical Artist with a focus on Unreal
Engine
Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and shading
workflows
Experience with performance optimization techniques for real-time
rendering
