Infosys is seeking Informatica Developer with SQL and QNXT skillset. In this role you will be a key player in the ADM team to carry out application support, maintenance, and minor enhancements work.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
• Interact directly with clients, managers, and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces and customized applications.
• Mentor 2 to 4 team members on a need basis and technically drive them towards results.Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Informatica on Cloud (IICS), SQL database experience is required.
  • Able to work as a member of development & support teams with hands-on programming, design, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a global delivery model and coordinate with offshore teams involved in the project.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in application design, file structures, coding practices, quality assurance, and documentation.
    • Experience in SQL query tuning.
    • Experience of Healthcare EDI is a plus.
    • Healthcare experience is a plus.
    • Planning and coordination skills.
    • Good communication and analytical skills.
    • Very good understanding of Healthcare Payer Domain with knowledge of Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, Capitation, and UM modules in QNXT.
    • Very good understanding of QNXT Data Model.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
