Job Description:
A company is looking for a Background Check Support Specialist
to provide technical support and background check processing for
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and configure new client accounts
Address Tier 1 service questions related to background check
services
Administer and monitor the applicant queue for timely processing of
orders
Required Qualifications
Experience with SaaS or web applications
Customer support experience as an individual contributor
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing
priorities
Comfortable with Excel and Google Suite
Ability to detect discrepancies and investigate issues
