Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor compliance of the Physical Health MCO's Enhanced Member
Support Units (EMSU's) for assigned MCO/s
Address reported member issues referred by various stakeholders and
follow cases until resolved
Coordinate EPSDT Age Out transitions and participate in Resource
Facilitation Meetings
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
One year of professional experience in human services, sociology,
public health, health care services, or health care insurance
programs
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Education Field
Experience with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) required
