Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst who is a
collaborative, data-driven problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and development of KPIs to track Customer Success
and team performance
Design executive-level business reports on retention, customer
health, and churn reasons
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and enhance
efficiency and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a business analytical role, preferably in
Business Operations or Sales Operations
Experience with Customer Success Retention reporting and common
KPIs
1+ years of Salesforce experience is required
Superb Excel skills and highly analytical capabilities
Knowledge of tools like Totango, SFDC CPQ, and PowerBI is a
plus
