Within the Global Markets division, the Alternate Solutions Group
(ASG) leverages capital markets trading and technology, and is
responsible for deploying and executing on a number of
market-leading and innovative solutions, servicing clients in
domestic and international markets.
By taking advantage of technology to drive disruption within the
financial services industry, ASG is transforming the value
proposition of traditional money movement solutions. The Alternate
Solutions Group is committed to working closely with its clients,
to deliver creative financial solutions that address their most
pressing needs and unique business challenges.
What You'll Be Doing
Join the Alternate Solutions Group (ASG) as a Director in the Sales
and Distribution team with a focus on new client acquisition and
growth-generating functions. You'll be part of the team that
focuses on understanding the FinTech industry & disruptive
technologies that are revolutionizing traditional banking products
and services with a particular focus on FX & payments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to
the expansion and growth of ASG's product portfolio across the U.S
region. The role has revenue responsibility, product development,
internal stakeholder management, and client relationship
management.
The successful candidate will be flexible to work hours as needed
to help deliver a great client experience, which may include
evenings and weekends. This role requires travel across the US
Region (30% - 40% commitment).

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role
has an expected salary of USD$200,000 in the New York, NY market
based on experience, qualifications, and location of the
position.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the
pay range associated with that location.
