Insurance Broker.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and guidance on employee benefits insurance
and programs
Evaluate complex insurance plans and identify cost-saving
opportunities for clients
Build rapport and trust with clients to ensure satisfaction and
retention
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as an insurance broker focused on
employee benefits
Strong understanding of employee benefits products
Proven success in the employee benefits insurance industry
Experience working with account management teams and in-house
specialists
Ability to utilize tools and resources for custom strategy
development
