Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Trust Specialist to
focus on cybersecurity and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject-matter expert on the company's security posture
for internal and external stakeholders
Provide support during the sales cycle for security-related
inquiries and documentation
Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer security
resources and maintain compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best
practices
Direct cybersecurity experience in the SaaS industry, particularly
in web applications
Experience in security operations, vendor management, or IT
compliance
Functional knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, SOC2, GDPR, and CCPA
Experience answering RFPs and familiarity with RFP content
management platforms is a plus
